The Purchasing Office is responsible for handling the purchase of office supplies / janitorial services for all City departments. This includes:
- Processing bids
- Soliciting and administering bids and proposals for both the City and GPWA
- Purchasing offices supplies
- Purchasing janitorial supplies
- Contracting for services
- Paying all City invoices
- Maintaining fixed assets
- Risk management
- Building services
