Overview
The Planning Commission is a group of Guthrie citizens appointed by the Mayor and approved by City Council to review land use and long-range planning issues. Planning Department staff works closely with the Planning Commission to ensure that the requirements defined in the Guthrie Comprehensive Plan are executed when reviewing applications for rezoning, platting, and special use applications.
