Open: Tuesday Through Friday: 9 am to 4:45 pm
CLOSED FROM 12 pm to 1 pm
Saturday: 8 am to 4:45 pm

Closed: Sundays, Mondays, and Holidays 

  • Rates $10.00 per cubic yard for city residents with a current Guthrie Water Bill (MUST show bill)
  • $15.00 per cubic yard for Roofing Material
  • $12.50 per cubic yard for all others
  • The price for a full-size pickup filled to bed level is about $24.00 for Guthrie residents and about $30.00 for non-residents.
  • Recycling
  • Metal items can be recycled at the following rates:
    • $10 per cubic yard with current City of Guthrie utility bill and picture ID
    • $12.50 per cubic yard without utility bill/picture ID or if you live outside of city limits

Items NOT Allowed:

  • No commercial route trucks or commercial users may use the convenience center for waste drop off or collection.
  • No tires, batteries, liquids, appliances with Freon compressors still attached, or any kind of hazardous material allowed.

Recycling Services

The City does not provide curbside recycling at this time. The recycling has moved to 1923 S. Division in a private/public partnership. Options available at the Recycling Center are described below:

  • Recycling is available for aluminum and metal, plastics (numbers 1, 2, 4, and 5), all types of paper, and cardboard products.
  • Recycling of paper items is free if they are clean. Paper products are accepted if they are sorted into the following categories: 
    1. Office Print
    2. News Print
    3. Junk Mail/Magazine (shiny papers)
  • No phone books, glass, or medical waste are accepted
  • Drop-off for aluminum or tin cans is free; however, they need to be separated, and we do not redeem for aluminum.

24-hour drop-off is available on the north side of the building
